Viper Rentals was born from an idea and plan we put together whilst sat in our living room. As partners in life and in business, raising our two young boys, we have always been driven to build something that works for not just us but the industry too. We are a local family-run business operating out of the Weald of Kent.

We run two family-run businesses, including our tree surgery company which we established in 2018. Like many in the trade, we found ourselves regularly hiring equipment from other plant companies to get jobs completed. While it kept things moving, it often came with high costs, limited availability and unnecessary stress. It didn’t take long for us to realise there was a gap in the market for quality kit at a reasonable price, and for a more straightforward and affordable approach to plant hire.

In 2025 we decided we wanted to shake things up and do things differently, and so began purchasing kit and investing in machinery. What started as a practical decision then became a bigger vision: we wanted to support other businesses facing the same challenges as us.

Which is how Viper Rentals came to life.

Today, we offer reliable, well-maintained equipment at a fair and competitive price. We pride ourselves on top-quality kit that is consistently updated and well kept, and because we use the machinery ourselves, we understand what is needed and how important having dependable kit can be.
